Orthopaedic Surgery

Here is an orthopaedic case about Bonnie:

Bonnie the Bulldog hurt her cruciate ligament in her knee joint and needed to have surgery to correct it.
A TTO (triple tibial osteotomy) procedure was found to be the best type of knee surgery to fix the problem so that Bonnie could use her leg again properly.

Dr Bennett has been trained over the past 4 years under the guidance of our head surgeon Dr Kay Eccleshare (who also taught Dr Bennett at JCU many moons ago!)

Dr Bennett is now very competent at orthopaedic surgeries thanks to all of the ongoing training he has had.
It is a great achievement to do this surgery as it is very complex. So well done Dr Bennett for taking it all on board and expanding your knowledge in this field!
